These sessions combine the benefits of 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 training — technical skill development, physical conditioning, confidence building, and mental resilience — with the added advantage of team-based drills, game situations, and competitive challenges.

Maximise your performance with personalised S&C sessions designed specifically for footballers. Sessions can take place on-field or in the gym, depending on experience and training goals.
We begin by testing each athlete to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. From there, we design a program to develop every aspect of strength and conditioning, including:

As an ASCA Level 1 certified S&C coach and personal fitness trainer, with additional experience in boxing, Coach Brendan brings expertise to improve conditioning, co-ordination, mental toughness, and overall athletic performance.
Each session is tailored to the individual, ensuring progress is specific, measurable, and football-focused. Our approach also builds mental resilience and confidence, helping athletes perform at their best on match day.

We train players aged 5 and above, from beginners to elite athletes. Every session is personalised to suit your goals, skill level and experience - ensuring you get the right balance of challenge, development and enjoyment.

We are based in the Illawarra region and most sessions are run at Tarrawanna oval and Corrimal. However coaches can also travel to your home or a suitable location for an extra fee. We have trained players in homes, backyards and garages before.

All sessions run for 1 hour. We offer single sessions as well as 5- and 10-session packs for both individual and small group training. Prices can vary depending on the type of session and the number of players involved.

We run our sessions both in-season and off-season usually in the early mornings before school as well as afternoons. We plan to run school holiday clinics and elite level group training for all our members/players in the near future.

All sessions are available mornings/afternoons at the below locations. We also run mobile private sessions in the northern suburbs of Wollongong from Fairy Meadow to Helensburgh.
